Shipping
At Kindle and Wick, all orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) via Australia Post.
As all products are made fresh, please allow 3-4 days after placing your order to receive your tracking information.
We hold no responsibility if your order is damaged or lost while in transit. You will need to contact Australia Post for compensation.
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Returns
At Kindle and Wick, we pride ourselves on our products but should you ever buy something from us that you are not 100% satisfied with, you are able to return it for a full refund.
The item must be returned within 30 days of purchasing, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that you will need to cover the cost to return the item to us.
